In episode 197 of Mahabharat, aired on 27th May 2014,
Karna refuses to take the Pandavas' side
Kunti repents for not accepting Karna as her son, and apologises to him. She requests Karna to take the Pandavas' side. Karna tells Kunti that he will not deceive Duryodhan. He requests Kunti not to reveal to the Pandavas that he is their elder brother.
Karna promises Kunti that he will not kill her sons, except Arjun. He tells Kunti that either he or Arjun will be alive after the war.
On learning about Duryodhan's decision, Yudhishthir instructs Arjun and Bheem to accumulate their army.
